About the Program
Sweet Home has partnered with FeedMore WNY to provide the SHEF Cares Food Outreach Program (formerly known as the Weekend Backpack Food Program).
This is a free program for Sweet Home students and their families. Its goal is to provide healthy and easy to prepare foods for families in need.

The Birthday Squad of Buffalo
Our partnership with The Birthday Squad of Buffalo helps provide birthday cheer to each student in the program. The Birthday Squad of Buffalo provides bags that contain a gift and party essentials for each student to receive at the beginning of their birthday month.
